Day 9

Today I did one of the older body-rock exercises because I don't have the equipment that she uses (eventually I will get some) 


A sweat was definitely broken :)



The workout:

8 rounds of each of the following :

6 Pike Presses, 10 Triceps Leg Lifts, 10 Superman Lifts, Roll Over, 20 Toe Touches, 10 Leg Lifts and 60 jump ropes
