Day 5

Home workout w/zuzanna + left my nike free's Adam's car = barefoot training

25 reps x 3 sets of each

- Jump Squats
- Sit Ups
- Push Ups
- Reptile (Plank Knee to Elbow)
- Side V – Crunch
- Jump Forward and Two Jumps Back
- Reversed Plank Knee Tucks

Took a walk to shoppers to take my newspaper pic, people were staring ;)
