Superman lifts
Lateral raises 5lb x 15 x 3
Forward Arm Raise 8lbs x 15 x 3 
Superman plank 30 sec x 3
Sideways plank (each side) 30 sec x 3
Chin up machine only using 50 lbs of my weight 10, 8, 7
Tricep Dips
