  1. you should include more info like how you are feeling, what you are eating everyday, your progress in inches or kgs... I started the same challenge the same day as you but i'm really interested in how you feel- I FEEL better but no progress in terms of weight or inches yet!

    Im starting bodyrock.tv today and started om my new "diet" last week.
    Sofar i lost 1.3 pounds since last friday
    and that's without exercizing.
