Day 7





I was about to take a day off today, because I still don't have my nike frees but I revoked my day off. I even did my exercise on the roof (true bodyrock form) - check out my hands from the tar.

  • SANDBAG SQUAT & BACKWARD LUNGEI did this w/o a sandbag30 reps
  • TRIPLE KNEE TUCK/ONE LEG PUSH UP COMBO30 reps

  • SANDBAG COMBO - FULL BODY EXERCISEI DID THIS W/O A SANDBAG30 reps

  • FORWARD & BACKWARD LUNGE WITH SANDBAGI DID THIS W/O A SANDBAG30 reps

  • SEATED PULL UPSI did this btwn my counters30 reps

  • SANDBAG SQUATI DID THIS W/O A SANDBAG30 reps

  • PLANK SIDE JUMPS30 reps

  • LIFT SPLITI put my hands on floor and jump legs into air30 reps

  • PENDULUM30 reps

  • ONE ARM PRESS UPI used two arms15 reps on each arm

  • MOUNTAIN CLIMBER30 reps

  • NINJA JUMP TUCK5 reps

  2. This a great blog and pretty much what I've decided to do over the summer along with lacrosse stuff. I'm excited to see how you progress in your challenge. Also I was excited when I saw your start weight because I started yesterday at the same weight. Anyways just wanted to say good luck from someone who's in the same boat. :-)
